We want you to love your purchase from Purely Rooted Natural Soaps. If you are not completely satisfied, please review the terms below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the personal-care nature of our products (soaps)

*Unused and unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
* Used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
* Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

If you received a wrong item, damaged product, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

* Opened or used products
* Custom or personalized items
* Sale or clearance items
* Gift cards

3. Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
* We suggest using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

* Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
* Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

*Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
